The Review of Decree no. 27 with which the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety, on August 1, 2024, approved the first excerpt project of the Operational Plan of Reclamation-Fase 2 presented by Eni Rewind for the Sin di Crotone.
The Mase has in fact convened a meeting for July 15 in its headquarters in via Cristoforo Colombo, in Rome, among all the bodies concerned. At the center of the meeting there will be the discussion of the changes to be made to the provision which, ten months ago, has launched the reclamation interventions of the former industrial area of Crotone that the Società dell’Eni started last Monday starting the interventions for removing the waste from the seaside in front of Pertusola-Armenia. The comparison has made itself necessary in the light of some updates that have emerged in recent weeks. On the one hand there is the hypothesis of resorting to via Avogadro to meet the transit needs of vehicles when, in 2028, the excavations will lead to the closure of via Leonardo da Vinci, the consortium road adjacent to the reclamation site whose interdiction has been postponed. And to do this, via Avogadro, that the multinational was committed to submitting to a road study, needs maintenance to become passable.
