The agents of the Corigliano-Rossano police station have carried out an application order for a personal precautionary measure of the residence ban and the ban on approaching the offended person with an electronic bracelet against a man from the urban area of Rossano, seriously suspected of the crime of persecutory acts.
The provision was issued at the end of an investigation coordinated by the Castrovillari Prosecutor’s Office and launched following a complaint lodged by the victim against a neighbour, with whom there was a conflict regarding the possession of portions of property.
The police, in fact, became aware of the harassing and repeated conduct carried out by the man, which over time had become unsustainable, including repeated threats, including death, towards members of the victim’s family.
Various episodes reported by the offended person, also found through the acquisition of various video files and statements made by people informed about the facts.
