The Municipality of Crotone is ready to ask those responsible for the abuse for compensation for the construction of the Marine Park Village in Punta Scifo. This is what the mayor’s administration, Vincenzo Voce, has established. Which started the process to have the civil court of Crotone recognize the damage that would have been caused to the organization by the 5 defendants involved and acquitted due to the statute of limitations of the crimes, in the trial on the construction of illegal buildings left incomplete in a restricted area of Capo Colonna. These are the brothers Salvatore and Armando Scalise, the authors of the illegal works; the former municipal manager Elisabetta Dominijanni; the former municipal official, Gaetano Stabile and the designer Gioacchino Bonaccorsi.
