The ASP announces a new collaboration between the Provincial Health Company of Messina and the National Carabinieri Association (Inspection of Sicily ODV), to promote educational and prevention projects aimed at the health and well-being of our community.
The agreement was signed by the General Director of the ASP Giuseppe Cuccì and by the inspectors Ignazio Buzzi and Piero Volo in the presence of Chiara Schirò, head of the Health Education and Promotion Operational Unit.
It was the first big step for the project on Behavioral Addictions in young people which will start in the 2025/2026 school year. A topic that is particularly close to our hearts, which involves problems related to: excessive use of the internet and video games, junk food and uncontrolled eating behaviors, gambling and risky behaviors, abuse of social media and online challenges.
The project aims to raise awareness among young people and their families, providing tools to recognize and address these problems. Together, we work to create a support network that helps young people make healthier, more informed choices. United for health and legality!
