An extraordinary annual contribution of 55 euros for electricity bills intended in 2026 for “vulnerable” families, i.e. with ISEE up to 15,000 euros or with at least 4 dependent children and ISEE up to 20,000 euros. It is the bonus, additional to the already existing social bonus, included in the latest draft of the energy decree.
Audience of beneficiaries and cost of the measure
The explanatory report to the legislative decree estimates a group of beneficiaries equal to approximately 4.5 million families. The cost of the measure amounts to 250 million euros from the budget of the Energy and Environmental Services Fund.
