Donald Trump spent “hours” at Jeffrey Epstein’s home with a woman described as a victim of his sex trafficking and “knew about the girls” of the late pedophile financier: Epstein himself writes this in a new tranche of emails published by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee and revealed by CNN and the New York Times.
Epstein mentions Trump several times in private correspondence over the past decade and a half with his then-girlfriend and accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell and with an author close to the former president, according to a new tranche of emails released by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.
The emails, addressed to Maxwell — convicted of child sex trafficking after Epstein’s death — and author Michael Wolff, include conversations in which Epstein says Trump spent a lot of time with a woman whom Democrats on the committee describe as a victim of Epstein’s sex trafficking.
The emails also contain a message in which Epstein claims that Trump “knew about the girls,” an apparent allusion to the ring of minors that Epstein allegedly lured to Mar-a-Lago. A statement that contradicts Trump’s statement that he would have kicked the financier out of his club in Florida for having ‘stealed’ some of his employees, including Virginia Giuffre, according to new communications made public.
The emails were released Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, who obtained them after issuing a subpoena to Epstein’s estate earlier this year.
Dem: questions from Epstein emails on what the White House is hiding
“These latest emails and correspondence raise disturbing questions about what the White House is still hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the president”: this was stated in a statement by Congressman Robert Garcia, top representative of the Democratic Party in the supervisory commission, after the publication of some emails from the new tranche of documents obtained from the heirs of the late pedophile financier.
