It is an “important story” that binds Eros Ramazzotti and his audience: a 40-year history. Who yesterday at the Franco Scoglio Stadium experienced a stage of the World Tour of the Roman singer “born in the suburbs”, for the first of six concerts that will color the Messina summer nights in the San Filippo valley. Ramazzotti has staged a concert with an international production and flavour, designed specifically for stadiums and expanded compared to sports halls, with a stage designed to make the most of the live dimension, with two walkways that extend towards the audience to eliminate distances, as the artist wants.

Five large screens, for a total surface area of 480 m2, animate each song with lights and colours. A two-hour performance (disappointing those who expected more) during which the Roman singer-songwriter retraced his entire career, singing together with the public, sealing “an important story” like his, made up of successes and the affection of the public, as demonstrated by the great and engaging choreography in which the almost 40 thousand spectators present participated. Some bad mood for those who had bought the ticket in the front row (overtaken by those who stood up) so much so that Ramazzotti was forced to intervene several times during the concert and due to the chaos outside the stadium especially on the state road due to what is considered an incomprehensible choice, that is to close the San Filippo junction at an exit also for taxis, authorized vehicles and for those who have car passes for parking.

For the rest, a great party with Ramazzotti who opened in style with “Taxi Story”, a jewel from 1990, and then continued with the great successes such as “Una storia importa”, “Musica è”, “Se Bastasse una canzone”, “Un’economia per semper” and the Sanremo songs “Terra Promise”, winner among the Nuove Proposte in 1984, and “Adesso tu”, triumphant among the Bigs in 1986. Then the highlight with Musica it is, Another you, Fire in the fire, Things of life, A moment of peace and the most beautiful thing.
