In recent days, following a report from the Messina Railway Police Section, personnel from the Polfer Section of Villa San Giovanni tracked down an Italian citizen who had escaped from house arrest from a facility located in Messina at the 5th platform of the airport, waiting to board a regional train heading north, a fair precautionary measure ordered by the investigating judge at the Court of Salerno.
Arrested by police personnel, the following day the arrested person was subjected to immediate trial at the Court of Reggio Calabria, when the Judge ordered the validation of the arrest and the reinstatement of the previous precautionary measure with the immediate accompaniment of an escort to the place of execution of the house arrest measure in the Peloritana city.
