Tocci has the Olympics in his sights
“The wait for the race was a bit unnerving, but I felt good and in shape. I was aiming for regularity and I’m happy with the result, I knew that the level would be very high and it showed. Los Angeles? I’ll try. Behind me there are guys pushing us, but the intention is to continue until 2028”. Thus Giovanni Tocci, speaking to Sky Sport, after seventh place in the 3-meter springboard final at the European diving championships in Paris. “Santoro? He expected a little more, perhaps he felt a little tired. He is a pure talent and will have his revenge in the future”, adds the Italian on Matteo Santoro, who finished his race in 12th and last place.
