The tons of oil in Italy in stock with a 7.0% reduction compared to 30 April last (205,032) are amount to 190,638. The lower stocks (-6.2%) compared to the same period last year. According to the data of the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies processed on 30 May, Calabria is one of the highest level of production regions: 46.3%of the national stock of olive oil is present in the regions of southern Italy, with the significant contribution of Puglia (26.9%) and Calabria (11.0%).
