Road accident between a scooter and a pedestrian this afternoon around 6pm in via Taormina, a few meters from the traffic light intersection with Viale Gazzi. The two-wheeled vehicle proceeded in a southerly direction, ending up on the asphalt both the driver of the two-wheeled vehicle and the pedestrian who was probably about to cross. The two needed help from the ambulance, two of which arrived on site to transport the injured to the nearby emergency room. Officers from the Accident Section of the Municipal Police were on site to carry out investigations and reconstruct the dynamics of the accident.
