The recent decree of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety (Mase), dated May 16, 2025, has introduced important news for businesses and citizens who want to invest in renewable sources. The provision provides for a 40% lost contribution for the construction of new photovoltaic systems, as long as these systems are shared within a renewable energy community (CER). In this context it fits The memorandum of understanding signed on 23 July 2025 between Federterzario Calabriaa historic non -partisan employer organism that represents thousands of companies in the sectors of the tertiary, services, agriculture and free professions, and People Energy Srl, a leading company in the renewable energy sector and promoter of the Coremo Energy Communityalready active throughout the Calabrian territory. The agreement aims to encourage the entry of the associates of
Federterzariario Calabria in the Cer Coremo, allowing them to access the incentives provided for by the decree and actively contribute to the current energy transition.

An energy community is an association between citizens, companies and public bodies that collaborate in producing, sharing and consuming energy from renewable sources locally. Within the community, those who produce energy through renewable systems (the Prosumers) can share it in real time with other members who consume it (the consumer). This model allows to maximize collective self -consumption, reduce dependence on the national electricity grid and obtain economic incentives proportionate to the energy produced, shared and self -consumed. The central element of the agreement is the adoption of the E-BOX, a technological device developed by People Energy that integrates monitoring, intelligent distribution and advanced automation functions. The E-Box allows you to monitor consumption and production in real time, and manage intelligently
energy within the community. The system is equipped with various evolved features such as optimization of energy flows with updates every 5 seconds, remote control via app and home automation interface but above all internal energy accounting and automatic distribution of incentives between members.
