Professional services performed over twenty years, all before 2013, by a lawyer appointed by the Municipality. And for at least fifteen years the same lawyer has presented warning after warning, also denouncing the Municipality and the various administrators (including politicians) who have succeeded one another at Palazzo Zanca over time, for never having foreseen in the various budgets the amounts relating to his services. It is the now “historic” affair of the lawyer Rosario Cucinotta, whose roles date back to past administrations (we must go back to the Provvidenti era), a potentially 5 million euro affair, resolved, in the end, with a smaller amount.
