The Guardia di Finanza has announced, for the academic year 2026/2027, the public competition based on qualifications and exams for the admission of 983 marshal students to the 98th course at the School of Inspectors and Superintendents of the Guardia di Finanza.

Available places

The 983 places are divided as follows:

923 places for the ordinary contingent, of which:

8 reserved for the surviving spouse and children, or second degree collateral relatives if the only survivors, of Armed Forces and Police Force personnel who died in service and due to service.

60 places for the sea contingent, distributed as follows:

30 for the specialization “coxsman qualified to command” (NAC);

10 for the “coxswain” specialization (NCH);

16 for the “machine technician” specialization (TDM);

4 for the specialization “communication and discovery systems technician” (TSC).

Personal data requirements

Italian citizens, even if already in arms, who by the deadline for submitting the application – set at 12:00 on 23 March 2026 – have reached their 17th birthday and have not exceeded the day of their 26th birthday, can participate.

How to submit the application

The application must be submitted exclusively electronically through the official competition portal of the Guardia di Finanza, at the address ordini.gdf.gov.it, following the guided procedure.

To access the system you must have one of the following digital authentication tools:

SPID (Public Digital Identity System);

Electronic Identity Card (CIE) via the “Enter with CIE” system.

After registration, candidates will be able to complete and send the application from their reserved area, completing the process through the automated procedure.

Information and updates

All details on the competition, including any updates and the results of the tests, will be published on the official portal. The communications can also be consulted via the “GdF Concorsi” mobile app, available on Google Play and App Store.
