“The second and final meeting took place today between the Konecta company, the Regional Secretariats and the RSUs of SLC-CGIL, FISTEL-CISL, UILCOM-UIL and UGL Telecommunications in which it was signed the agreement for the transfer of workers employed in the Tim business and Fibercop contracts of Abramo CC in AS who will transfer to Konecta from 16 December 2024.
Both the 185 workers from Crotone and the 95 workers from Montalto will move to the new company while maintaining the current economic conditions unchanged (hourly profile, contractual level and seniority increments) and the regulatory conditions envisaged for those hired before 7 March 2015, to whom the ratione temporis discipline regarding termination of the employment relationship will be applied”.
The regional secretariats and the RSUs SLC-CGIL, FISTEL-CISL, UILCOM-UIL communicated this in a note
“For the workers of Montalto the current Konecta headquarters in Rende is confirmed while for the workers of Crotone the company declares that it will open an office and, in the meantime, the workers will be completely remote.
Tomorrow there will be the first hiring step for the workers of the TIM BO Business contract at the Crotone headquarters in Abramo while on Friday all the workers of the Fibercop contract will be hired at the Konecta headquarters in Rende.
A first step for the protection of the 1000 workers of Abramo who have been living in the uncertainty of the future for too long now, the next appointment is December 19th at MIMIT to try to definitively resolve one of the most complex and impactful labor disputes of recent years”.
