Max Verstappen has obtained the pole position of the Azerbaijan GP, which runs tomorrow on the Baku circuit. Alongside his Red Bull, in the front row, Carlos Sainz’s Williams will start.
For Verstappen is the 46th pole in his career (the sixth this year). In the second row there are Liam Lawson (Racing Bulls) and Kimi Antonelli (Mercedes). Seventh time for Lando Norris’ McLaren, who only took part in part of the accident in which Team Plastri teammate, ninth on the grill, stood out. Saturday to forget for the Ferraris: Leclerc will start 10th, Hamilton 12th.
This is the starting grid of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, seventeenth appointment of the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship, scheduled for tomorrow on the 51 laps of the Baku circuit, equal to 306.049 km.
