For athletes it is said that there is the moment of maturity, for you what did returning “home” mean in the coordination of Casa Italia?
«I love Italy, I love the Italian spirit and consequently my land of origin and Locri. Being part of this team, speaking in football terms, is like being called up to the national team. Having worked on this project given the complexity of the event, spread across three locations, was beautiful and exciting. For this I thank those who gave me the opportunity to do so.”
How has Casa Italia evolved over the years and how does it change based on the Olympic season?
«Casa Italia, in this edition, opened up and became a welcome place not only for athletes and institutions, but also for the public. It is a micro-world that brings together all the excellence that Italy has and there is so much of it because we can say that we are a country of excellence that produces excellence. The location of the Triennale di Milano provided magic, but also the story of the Ampezzo area and the spaces of Acquagranda in Livigno strengthened the link with the Olympics.”
