Giardini Naxos, pain and dismay over the death of Simone Lo Turco: fulminant pneumonia killed him at the age of 34

The community of Giardini Naxos is in shock, affected by the loss of a young citizen. In fact, on Sunday the news arrived disappearance of Simone Lo Turco, 34 years old, who died while on holiday abroad, in Sri Lanka, with a cousin and some friends. It was one who killed him fulminant pneumonia, whose complications that arose over the last few days led to his death. Yesterday morning the municipal administration decided to proclaim city mourning for the whole day, “interpreting the profound pain of the entire community for the tragic loss” highlighted the mayor Giorgio Stracuzzi, who considered it appropriate and necessary to express public condolences as a sign of respect and participation in the family’s pain.
