It was predictable and so it was. The Municipality of Gioia Tauro appealed against the ruling of the Regional Administrative Court of Reggio Calabria which had upheld the appeal of the institution’s employee Rosaria Saffioti (first assigned to the legal area) regarding her transfer but in general the suppression of the internal lawyer. The decision to outsource the service was motivated by the mayor Simona Scarcella by the impressive load of disputes and by a low percentage of appearances in court and with the body often losing. Hence the idea of choosing a more functional route to guarantee the defense of Palazzo Sant’Ippolito. Decision censored by the TAR, but now with an appeal from a few weeks ago but the validity of which was learned in recent days it has been decided to go all the way to Rome.
