It is not up to any compensation to the former mayor of Guardavalle Pino Ussia and one of his former councilors for the damage suffered following the dissolution of the municipal administrationthen canceled by a sentence of the Council of State. This was decided by the Lazio Tar with a sentence which, while recognizing the illegitimacy of the dissolution measure, considered the compensation request made by the two former administrators unfounded. The facts date back to 2020, when the Municipality of Guardavalle was dissolved for alleged infiltrations of organized crime.
