It is already time to pay the down payment on the municipal tax (IMU). Next Monday, June 16, in fact, the terms for over 25 million not too enthusiastic owners, throughout Italy, of properties other than the main house (less than this that does not fall within the cadastral categories of luxury homes) expire: second homes, commercial properties, second relevance, building areas and agricultural land all fall within the Ray of Action of the IMU.
On an annual basis, according to the Revenue Agency, around 19.4 billion euros were due in the country, the down payment weighs for about 9.7 billion on the pockets of the taxpayers.
