INPS CALABRIA: The new video door in the video call is underway. From 1 July the experimentation in Cosenza and Reggio Calabria

Starting from 1 July 2025will be active on an experimental basis in the INPS provincial directions of Cosenza And Reggio Calabria the new Digital counter in video calldesigned to offer personalized assistance to citizens, in real time and without the need to go physically on site.

The new service will allow citizens to interact by video call with an expert official directly from home, without the need for travel or expected at the counter. Through a simple and safe connection, it will be possible to receive detailed information, clarifications on current practices, personalized assistance and – if necessary – exchange official documents in real time and in total safety. “All – explains Giuseppe GrecoRegional Director of INPS Calabria – It will take place in a protected digital environment, which reproduces the conditions of a normal meeting at the headquarters at a distance, guaranteeing the same operational efficacy and the protection of data confidentiality. The service, started experimental for some types of services, will be active twice a week. In Cosenza on Wednesday and Friday; In Reggio Calabria on Monday and Wednesday.“.

How to book the video call

The appointment can be set through the usual channels:

  • INPS portalby accessing theMyinps area > “Book an appointment”
  • INPS Mobile Appsection “Headquarters of headquarters
  • INPS Contact Center (Free number 803164 from Fixed Network, 06 164164 from mobile)
  • INPS first reception counters

On the day of the appointment, the user will receive a link in his personal Myinps area: a click, at the agreed time, will be enough to enter the video call.
