He would have repeatedly carried out intimidating and harassing acts towards a social worker and also other operators of a reception facility for unaccompanied foreign minors in Sant’Ilario dello Ionio (Reggio Calabria), so much so as to induce some of them to resign for fear of being subjected to acts harmful to their personal safety. For this reason, an 18-year-old was arrested by the Police in execution of a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the Locri investigating judge. The investigations, conducted by policemen from the Bovalino police station and coordinated by the Locri prosecutor’s office, revealed a context characterized by repeated intimidating conduct. In light of the elements collected, the Prosecutor’s Office therefore requested and obtained the issuing of the precautionary measure from the investigating judge.
