In recent days ad Island of Capo Rizzuto (KR), during a service aimed at combating violations in the fields of labour, social legislation and health protection, the soldiers of the local Carabinieri Tenenza, together with those of the Crotone Labor Inspectorate Unit, fines of over 9000 euros were contested against a local restaurant.
In particular, the owner was criticized the presence of an irregular worker as well as failure to comply with the obligations imposed on the employeras required by Legislative Decree 81 of 9 April 2008.
At the end of the formalities the same was referred to the competent Judicial Authority.
