Lamezia, emergency landing of a flight from Türkiye: three travelers try to escape

Air traffic on Lamezia Terme airport resumed during the night after an emergency landing of a flight from Turkey and the subsequent attempt to escape from three travelers, who were then blocked by the police on the airport tracks and are now available to the judicial authority. From what was learned, yesterday during the flight Pegasus Airlines #PC651 from Sabiha Gökçen to Casablanca, a passenger of Turkish nationality would have accused an illness. After the first treatments lent by the cabin crew, his condition worsened, forcing the pilots to land emergency in Lamezia Terme. However, while the medical staff went up three passengers on board after a scuffle with the on -board staff would have managed to get off the aircraft trying to escape inside the airport perimeter, requesting the intervention of the police and the blocking of air traffic both incoming and exiting the Lamezia airport. The police then managed to block the three people and allow the reopening of the airport.
