The management of land on the Nebrodi and related funds intended for the agricultural sector by organized crimewith impositions, intimidation and damage to the legitimate owners, at the center of a new judicial chapter that will lead to the trial, starting from 10 March next, in front of the college of the Court of Catania.
At the bar 33 attributed by hypotheses in various capacities ranging from the extortion to the disturbed freedom of enchantments, aggravated by the mafia method, fraud, embezzlement, receiving stolen goods, false, corruption and fraudulent transfer of values.
Accusations supported by the Prosecutor of the District Anti -Mafia Directorate of Catania against some subjects already involved in other similar strands of recent years, relatives or people in any case contiguous, public officials and former municipal administrators.
