The many disservices of local public transport in the Ionian district also reported in the columns of the “Gazzetta del Sud” arrived on the table of the Environment, Territory and Mobility Commission at the Sicilian Regional Assembly in Palermo.
At the hearing were the architect Carmelo Ricciardo (manager in charge of the regional Department of Infrastructure, Mobility and Transport), the legal representatives of the three consortia that won the four Sicilian lots and the first citizens of Antillo, Fiumedinisi and Itala, the municipalities that, in practice, are literally and daily suffering the greatest inconvenience due to canceled lines, lengthened routes and continuous uncertainties.
