On October 1, the state police executed a precautionary custody order in prison against a 50-year-old Moroccan citizen, accused of having repeatedly mistreated his family members.
The investigative activity, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Locri and conducted by agents of the Territorial Control Office of the Bovalino Public Security Police Department, made it possible to reconstruct a serious picture of physical and psychological violence that continued over time, which had serious consequences on the victims.
The man, legal on the national territory, was arrested and taken to the Locri prison, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
