Great party in Massa San Giovanni who yesterday celebrated the patron saint. A long waste has announced its release, sound of celebration and of joy found, two years after the tragedy of the fires that devastated the four villages north of the city. The procession led by the parish priest Don Giuseppe Giunti and cheered by the gang, accompanied the ancient simulacrum of San Giovanni rectum on the shoulder by a group of carriers who have changed the change in the various stops, sharing the effort transformed into grace. The procession was preceded by the solemn mass presided over by the president of the Ipab Colleale Msgr. Mario Di Pietro, in the presence of the first citizen and the other institutional representatives.
In the previous days, great success for the initiatives in the context of the celebrations: in particular the musical “History of a Dancing Queen” inspired by the masterpiece of the Abba, staged by the Instrumentumento Pacis and Jubileeopol company, the game inspired by the classic Monopoli reinvented in a Jubilee key, with a mega scoreboard set up in the church of San Giovanni.
