The stabilization has arrived for the 31 Covid social health workers who were excluded at the Piedmont neurolese in Messina. With resolution of 20 May 2025, the Center has in fact adopted a new organic endowment which has made it possible to adapt the requirement of the OSS staff. On June 26, the hiring plan for the year 2025 was also updated providing during the year the stabilization of 31 new OSS with the start of the procedure for the subjects already in possession of the requirements. “After years of battles – explains the general secretary of the CISL FP Messina Giovanna Bicchieri – we have finally come to an almost unexpected result. It took great tenacity and great perseverance but today we write a historic page for 31 families. I am grateful to God and those who believed in us to achieve this wonderful result. Thanks also to the general manager, Maurizio Lanza, health, habituative, to the manager of the nursing and obstetric health professions, to the manager of the Regional Health Department, Iacolino, to all the administrative staff, who, although in an organic deficiency, accelerated these important measures, and to the lawyers who supported us step by step so that this miracle could take place. Thanks to all my managerial group, the RSU, the company secretariat and in particular to the company secretary Grazia Pulejo who has always supported with me this great battle of humanity and justice. Since its settlement we have sensitized the DG to put an end to this long -standing and sad human and professional affair. And indeed, thanks to this important sharing of intent, we managed to achieve an almost unattainable result. Today more than ever we are proud of not having, even for a single moment, imagined to give up the stable employment of all these colleagues and the well -being of their families ».
