A 40-year-old man was arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs during an intervention by the State Police in Messina. The operation began at dawn, when the Flying Police officers, engaged in controlling the territory, intervened in the Santo-Palmara district following a home invasion alarm.

The intervention of the Flying Police

The man was under house arrest with the application of the electronic bracelet. His evident nervousness and the attempt to justify the activation of the alarm made the police suspicious, who decided to investigate further with a search inside the house.

The seizure of drugs

During the search, significant quantities of cocaine and hashish were found and seized, as well as scales and material used for weighing and packaging the doses. The checks carried out with narcotests made it possible to ascertain the presence of approximately 63 grams of cocaine and 34.56 grams of hashish. In light of the seriousness of the facts, the forty-year-old was arrested.
