Not only was Jeffrey Epstein a regular visitor to Mar-a-Lago, but Donald Trump’s club also sent its spa employees to his Florida villa for at-home massages. The Wall Street Journal reports it. The visits went on for years until 2003, when the former financier never set foot in the club again after an 18-year-old beautician returning from her villa reported to managers that she had been pressured to have sex.

Trump’s wife’s warning about Epstein

One of the managers sent a fax to Trump reporting the incident and urging him to ban Epstein from entry. Trump responded that the letter was well written and that he could fire him. When Epstein was banned from the Mar-a-Lago spa in 2003, the club’s discontent with him had been brewing for some time. Trump’s second wife, Marla Maples, also warned her husband and others that there was something “off” about Epstein.

“There’s something strange”

Maples told employees there was something wrong with Epstein and she was concerned about the influence he had on her husband, and she told Trump she didn’t want to spend time with him and didn’t want Trump himself to spend time with Epstein.

“The president did nothing wrong”

“These are falsehoods and insinuations to smear the president,” White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt told the Wall Street Journal. “No matter how many times this story is told and repeated: The president did nothing wrong and kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago because he was a despicable person.
