Scenes from counter -exodus in advance, lived as a nightmare by motorists who yesterday morning they found themselves passing from the Viale della Libertà. They found an invasion of cars and heavy vehicles directed to the boat of the ferry ships of Rada S. Francesco.
It was one morning to forget despite the presence of the patrols of the Municipal Police who presided over the “hottest” crops, such as the one with the carousel avenue, just up to the entrance of the serpentone and the one with Viale Boccetta from where, for the whole day, a river of cars and heavy vehicles arrived who had to leave Sicily. Also along the ring road there has been a significant increase in the vehicles directed towards the motorway junction, coming from both the Catania side and from that of Palermo.
To feed the scope of this continuous flow of cars and trucks march towards the boarding of Viale della Libertà, also the usual problems at the port of Tremestieri.
