The second edition of the Truck Tour ended with a great participation “Work travels with us – a tour for orientation, legality and security”who made a stop in Piazza Duomo in Messina as part of the opportunity day. The event, promoted by the National Foundation of Labor Consultants and the Provincial Council of the Order of Labor Consultants of Messina, saw the participation of numerous students, young people and representatives of the institutions. The aim of the initiative was to bring young people closer to the world of work, offering practical tools to face the search for a job in a conscious, legal and safe way. Workshops, information stands and personalized consultancy animated the day, with the active involvement of public and private bodies.
“We have to start from schools – Vincenzo Silvestri stressedpresident of the Lavoro Foundation – to build a bridge between training and employment ». A message shared also by Maurizio Adamo, president of the Order of Messina, who remarked the importance of educating young people to the fundamental tools for entering the world of work, such as the correct compilation of the curriculum and the knowledge of the ministerial digital platforms.
Also present was the mayor Federico Basile and numerous representatives of local, regional and academic institutions, testifying to the value attributed to this itinerant initiative dedicated to youth employment and the promotion of quality work culture.
