The investigation is taking its first steps, with the hypothesis of road homicide, into the fatal accident of 56-year-old Francesco Vita which occurred on Monday in via Adolfo Celi. The investigation is coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Fabrizio Monaco who investigated the driver of the truck, a 50-year-old originally from the province of Catania assisted by the lawyer Anna Belfiore of the Catania Court while the 56-year-old’s sisters are assisted by the lawyer Nino Cacia of the Cacia Bisignano law firm. The notice to the truck driver is a mandatory act of the magistrate in order to carry out the autopsy. This morning, the task will be assigned to the medical examiner who will have to carry out the autopsy examination, then the body can be returned to the family for the funeral.
