The Forza Italia advisory group is born in the Messina City Council. They will be the ones to compose it Maurizio Croce, who in the elections had been the unitary candidate of the centre-right, and Cosimo Oteri, who in September had been elected on the Basile list. The news was given by the regional coordinator of the blue party, Marcello Caruso, who met the two city councilors, in conjunction with the honorable Bernadette Grasso, Matilde Siracusano and Tommaso Calderone.
“Even in the city of the Strait – states Caruso – the institutional presence of Forza Italia is strengthened, confirming itself as the party of those who recognize themselves in liberal and moderate values and above all of those who want to work for the good of our communities. Our presence at Palazzo Zanca in Messina is important not only from a political point of view given that it is the third largest city in Sicily, but also because it will allow our party, with the careful work of our two councillors, to best represent the interests of the citizens , businesses and families. All this, with great attention to the work of the Basile Councilwith respect to which a punctual and critical but certainly constructive opposition will continue wherever it is possible to operate, also with the national and regional governments, for the good of the city.”
