Important road provision in the southern area of Messina. There Metropolitan City of Messina has ordered the closure to transit of the SP 37 of Galati Sant’Anna for the day of Wednesday 30 September. The traffic block will concern the time slot included between 7am and 4pm and will specifically affect the road section between the former National State Road of Galati Marina and the junction for Galati Sant’Anna, near the railway bridge. The closure became necessary following a specific request made by the works management. The roadway, in fact, will have to be temporarily used to allow the safe parking of construction vehicles involved in carrying out construction work in the area.
Alternative road system
To limit traffic inconveniences and allow motorists to reach the town of Galati Marina and the former Nazionale, the Metropolitan City indicates the use of the State Road 114 (SS 114). The traffic ban will remain in force exclusively for the nine hours indicated, unless the planned technical operations are completed early.
