In recent days, in Cirò Marina (KR) and Torre Melissa (KR), the carabinieri have performed two distinct precautionary measures issued by the investigating judge of Crotone at the request of the local prosecutor’s office, in which serious indications of guilt are recognized against a 23 -year -old man from Cirò Marina, investigated for the crime of abuse in the family against the mother, and dependent on a man of 52 years of Melissa, investigated for same crime against his wife and four adult daughters.
According to the accusatory setting accepted by the investigating judge, in Cirò Marina, in particular, the young suspect, with almost daily cadence, would have insulted, denigrated and threatened his mother, also for futile reasons, attacking her last, at the end of April, with a violent eyebrow head for the mere fact of having not recommended the intake of coffee in the first evening.
The investigations conducted immediately after the complaints signed by the offended people, on two distinct occasions, showed, as often happens, a picture of threats and harassment that had been going for a long time. The circumstantial framework collected by the carabinieri against the suspects was shared by the Public Prosecutor of Crotone, who has made a request for a precautionary measure. The investigating judge, accepting the requests, ordered, in both cases, for the attackers, the ban on approaching the places frequented by the offended person, at a distance of at least 500 m, and with the application of the electronic bracelet. The procedures are found in the preliminary investigations phase, and, the execution of the precautionary measures, the comparison with the defense of the suspects will follow, whose possible guilt regarding the contested crime must be ascertained during the trial in the contradictory between the parties.
