Despite the internal controversies within the Democratic Party, if the debate on the centre-left is struggling to take off with respect to future electoral appointments, the maneuver on the centre-right front is proceeding equally slowly. Who remains on the sidelines but is considering returning to the helm of Palazzo dei Bruzi, setting himself the objective of identifying a profile of depth to play the game. There is certainly no shortage of names on the nomination table, all confined, at the moment, to the field of hypotheses.
The latest suggestion, in fact, which emerged in the centre-right circles, leads towards the former president of the Calabrian industrialists and current national vice-president of Confindustria, Natale Mazzuca as a possible candidate for the position of mayor of the Bruzio capital, a profound expert of the needs of the territory, whose profile, indeed, would appeal to a large part of the centre-right ruling class, in whose notebook the names of the entrepreneur, Sergio Mazzuca, and of the vice-president of the regional council had also been jotted down, in Forza Italia share, Perluigi Caputo. Only indiscretions, in fact, at the moment, also because the polls are not just around the corner.
And speaking of the centre-right, the Fratelli d’Italia party, fresh from the provincial congress during which Nicola Caruso was elected coordinator, is busy organizing a series of traveling events in the area, with the aim of further rooting itself in local realities.
