An order of performance of documents issued by the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Crotone was carried out today by the financiers of the Provincial Command in four municipalities of the Crotone and in a kennel in the province. The military intervened, in particular, in the municipalities of Cirò Marina, Cutro, Mesoraca and Rocca di Neto as well as in the Cantile Mister Dog also located in Rocca di Neto. It is a verification of the convention scheme signed by the municipalities with the kennel. In particular, the financiers were called by the Prosecutor to check whether the number of dogs hosted corresponds to the sums that spend the municipalities for the service, but also ascertain the hygienic-sanitary conditions in which animals are kept.
The prosecutor Domenico Guarasciowith its own provision, asked for the performance of the documentation concerning the assignment of the custody and maintenance of dogs and also acts regarding relations with the provincial health company. There are about 2,000 dogs kept in the two structures of Mr. Dog, Rocca di Neto and Santa Severina, which manages the service also for bodies of Calabria and other regions. Instead, six Crotone municipalities that have entrusted themselves to the kennel that has registered office in Rocca di Neto: just over 700 dogs coming from the province of Crotone. In the next few days, documentation will also be acquired in the municipalities of Cirò and Santa Severina.
