The construction site will reopen soon to redevelop yet another area. At Palazzo San Giorgio we are working to start another batch of interventions for the Lido Comunale. The objective is to act quickly to return a large area to use before the summer season.
The administrative machine has started the process to award the integrated contract for the implementation of the “package” works financed by the Ministry of Culture thanks to the amendment signed by the blue parliamentarian Francesco Cannizzaro. Over 3.5 million euros for an expression of interest in participating in the negotiated procedure for the awarding of the integrated executive design and works contract. This first step is aimed at identifying economic operators interested in participating in the tender aimed at a specific type of companies “qualified” to operate in the restoration and maintenance sector of real estate subject to protection pursuant to the provisions on cultural and environmental heritage . A company that will first have to provide the executive design (which will have to be delivered within 45 days) and then carry out the work. Meanwhile, the feasibility study has already been completed and should be approved by the council next week. After all, the path seems already traced. We proceed in continuity with what has already been achieved with the first 1.5 million intervention already completed.
