“Municipalities as a lever for development through the Pnrr”: debate in Messina

An interesting conference for the future of Sicily entitled “Municipalities as a lever for development through the PNRR”. The event organized by Quater srls, a company that provides training and technical assistance to municipalities affected by PNRR investments, on the occasion of its third year of activity.
Local authorities were called today to play an important role in implementing the PNRR. They are in fact responsible for the management of a fundamental part of public funds and for the implementation of the interventions envisaged by the plan. The conference aims to provide a general framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, examining its opportunities and critical issues, and to discuss the role of local authorities in its implementation. High-level speakers will take part in the meeting, including Gilda Siniscalchi, head of the Cabinet of the Minister for European Affairs and the South and Cohesion Policies and the PNRR Raffaele Fitto, Paolo Amenta president of Anci Sicilia, the national deputy of FI Tommaso Calderone and the senator from the South calls Dafne Musolino, the regional deputy of Fdi Pino Galluccio and around 50 mayors from the North, including Federico Basile Mayor of Messina, Cateno De Luca Mayor of Taormina and regional deputy, Antonio Stroscio Mayor of Floresta. Also participating will be Antonella Merola from the IGPNRR Financial Operations Management PNRR – MEF, Bianca Maria Volpe from the General Inspectorate for the PNRR – MEF, Francesco Verbaro President of Formatemp and Piero David Senior Advisor for Local Development. The meeting will be moderated by Gianluca Rossellini, an ANSA journalist.
The event is aimed at all public, private and third sector operators interested in the PNRR, and given the importance of the topic covered and the depth of the speakers who will participate it is mandatory to confirm membership on the website www.quatersrl.it.
