Full speed ahead with the strategic planning of the municipal body for the next few years, according to the guidelines established by the Falcomatà Administration. Green light from the municipal council, in recent days, to a series of important resolutions relating to the 2025-27 strategic planning.
In particular, the Executive approved the resolution relating to the Dup 2025/2027, Single Programming Document, which contains the formulation of the strategic and operational objectives, after an adequate evaluation of the financial means and resources available, taking into account the framework regulatory reference at European, national and regional level. The document was drawn up on the basis of the guidelines and priorities indicated by the administration, after involving the organizational structure.
«This is a fundamental step that will allow us to plan actions and resources for the next three years and to integrate strategic choices with operational management» clarified the mayor Giuseppe Falcomatà.
«The importance of the Dup – continued the mayor – lies in identifying, consistently with our mandate challenges and strategic programmes, the operational projects that our body intends to implement in the reference time frame and which are of great importance because they will constitute a functional guideline for the construction of the 2025-2027 Budget Forecast”.
The related resolutions were also approved together with the Dup. The documents will then have to go to the city council for final approval.
