‘Ndrangheta, “Aemilia ’92” trial: asked for 4 life sentences in the bis appeal

“Duties to all four defendants.” It is the request for conviction made by the substitute general prosecutor Silvia Marzocchi and by the prosecutor of the DDA of Bologna Beatrice Ronchi, at the end of the indictment of the appeal process bis’ Aemilia ’92’, on the murders of Nicola Vasapollo in Reggio Emilia and of Giuseppe Ruggiero In Brescello, between September and October 1992, in the feud of ‘Ndrangheta between rival gangs (on the one hand the Vasapollo-Ruggiero families and on the other the Dragon-Grande Families Aracri-Ciampà). Both victims were under house arrest, they were killed with gunshots in their homes. Ruggiero was killed by a commando who wore carabinieri uniforms. The Court of Assizes of Appeal asked for the maximum penalty for the four to the bar: the 66 -year -old boss Nicolino Grande Aracriwhich is located at 41 bis in the Novara prison, Greek angel (already detained in Cagliari), Antonio Lerose and Antonio Ciampà. The sentence is scheduled for October.
