A request for recusal made by the District Attorney's Office is pending in the Court, while the abstention, again requested by the prosecutors of the Catanzaro DDA, with whom the civil parties were associated, was rejected by the President of the Court Antonio Erminio Di Matteo. Furthermore, the civil parties were admitted in the preliminary hearing and are currently present in the other two parts of the proceedings, the summary one and the assize.
