The Court also rejected the appeal proposed by the Public Prosecutor regarding the positions of Annunziata’s family members, all of whom were acquitted at first instance by the Court of Palmi. Fioravante Annunziata, Domenica Epifanio, Rosa Anna Annunziata, Valeria Annunziata, Marzia Annunziata and Carmelo Ambesi, Claudio Pontoriero, Roberta Bravetti, Rosina Zinnà and Andrea Bravetti, were all acquitted because the fact does not exist.
