A team already trained to go straight away. This is the line of the President of the Region Roberto Occhiuto, who after the first meeting of the new regional council underlined the solidity of the group: “I have councilors at my side who I have a lot of trust in and who know the administrative machinery well”.
Among those reconfirmed, vice president Mancuso, Montuoro and Pasqualina Straface, while Eulalia Micheli will follow public education in continuity with the work of Giusi Princi. Occhiuto thanked the former councilors Varì, Capponi and Caracciolo for the work done.
On an operational level, the governor announced that the next meetings will be dedicated to the budget documents – consolidated, adjustment and forecast – with the aim of avoiding the provisional exercise again this year. The creation of a control room for cultural policies is also planned.
