The church was packed yesterday morning in the Villa della Gioia in Paravati on the occasion of the Eucharistic celebration for the 16th anniversary of Natuzza’s death. Many pilgrims present, coming from every corner of Italy who met to take part in the celebrations in memory of Fortunata Evolo. Among these, a group of young people, coming from Campania, present for the first time in the citadel of Mary, who have been on a pilgrimage for a few weeks to the places of worship in Italy “in search – they told us – of sprouts of faith and messages of peace for the populations afflicted by wars and violence”. There were also numerous visits throughout the day to the tomb of the Mystic who rests in the chapel of the “Immaculate Heart of Mary Refuge of Souls” foundation.
