Two years with pain suspended for: Mario De Lorenzo, Vincenzo Zera Falduto, Cesare Nicola Limardo and Luciano Piccione. Other convictions, with suspended penalty: Giovanni Iodice (1A 7m), Fabrizio Trifari (1A 6m), Carlo Maria Grande (1A 4M) e Ivan Infernuso (1A 4M).
Along the list of accused mandates acquitted: nIcola Amato, Eugen Aldea, Giuseppe Argento, Alfredo Argento, Roberto Azzurri, Eugenio Barbarino, Orazio Romeo, Giuseppe Bracale, Mario Buffardi, Massimiliana Carbone, Massimo Cinelli, Giovanni Corrado, Giacomo Di Maio, Tito Fazioli, Salvino Frazzetto, Romano Gregori, Antonino Grippaldi, Giovanni Guida, Francesco Salvatore Labate, Antonia Labate, Saida Laklaii, Antonio Maccarone, Anna Mykiyevych, Francesco Morabito, Maria Romano, Francesco Rugeri, Antonio Signorello, Marianna Ruggiero, Vincenzo Ruggiero born in ’98, Franco Sabba, Emanuela Scevola, Giuseppe Varacalli and Vincenzo empty. Declared prescribed crimes for Daniele Panella and Antonio Pietropaolo.
