The mayor of Pizzo, Sergio Pititto, visited the last gathering of the Calabrian volleyball representatives, ready to leave for the Regions Trophy scheduled for this week from 22 to 27 June in Catania.
The mayor welcomed the young athletes arriving from all over Calabria, the technical staff led by the former captain of the Italian national team Antonella Del Core and the President of Fipav Calabria Carmelo Sestito.
“A sportsman among sportsmen”, Pititto underlined the importance of the moment and, on behalf of the entire Napitina community, wished the girls and boys the best of luck.
